The whole of life has become an institution, a madhouse in which duties are to be fulfilled not love; in which you have to behave, not to be spontaneous; in which a pattern has to be followed, not the overflow of life an energy. That’s why the mind thinks and decides everything, because these are danger. The mind has created society and society has created the mind; they are interdependent.

Do not limit the sky

My emphasis is: be choice less. Because if you choose, you become narrow. Every choice narrows you down. Why have a frame to the sky? The sky is frame less. When you stand at the window and look into the sky, your window-frame looks as if it is framed on the sky. Then you have only a limited vision. Why be poor? Why not come out of the house and see the sky as it is – infinite? To me, life is an infinite expanding energy.

Suppression creates diseases

Through suppression, mind becomes split. The part that you accept becomes the conscious and the part that you deny becomes the unconscious. This division is not natural, the division happens because of repression. And into the unconscious you go on throwing all the rubbish that society rejects, but remember, whatsoever ot goes into your hands, into your bones, into your blood, into your heartbeat. Now psychologists say that almost 80 per cent of diseases are caused by repressed emotions: so much anger and hatred has been repressed in the heart.

Do not control

Why? Why does man suppress so much and become unhealthy? Because the society teaches you top control, not to transform, and the way of transformation is totally different. For one thing, it is not the way of control at all, it is just the opposite.In controlling you repress, in transformation you express. But there is no need to express on somebody else because the “somebody else” is just irrelevant. Next time you feel angry go and run around the house seven times and after it sit under a tree and watch where the anger has gone.

Afraid of being alone?

All that we know for sure in our life is that we come into this world alone and we gone to die alone.Between these two moments we try every day to change this, we what to chare our loneliness and our life with someone, to escape of the solitude andloneliness. We feel that being alone is like being ill. And we want to get rid of the disease! When society what to punish someone, they put him to jail, they isolate him, to stay all alone into a cell.They know that the most difficult task for a man is to deal with his own soul every day, to meet himself every day.

Meeting yourself is like meeting an alien. We don’t want to be alone because we are afraid to stay with our self. It is like a first degree meeting, like meeting an alien from other space: it is soscaring and so unusual, so difficult to understand and accept and we are so afraid!To avoid this feeling we jump into different relationship, in all kind of relationship.There is an old saying:”Bad living with a bad person, but wars without this bad person”.That it means us prefer to live miserable, bad with someone, than live alone. More and more women prefer a bad marriage; accept a friend or a husband ho insults or even beat them, then divorce and live alone. They invoke the love for this friend, husband or family, the afraid of financial insecurity, but the deepest afraid is the fear of being alone.

Ten steps to get read of the loneliness fear

 1.First, you must to learn to love yourself more. For this you will give you some time every day to stay with yourself. And this is the gentles treatment for this fear. Even you schedule are very busy, find one hour four yourself every day!

2.Take care four your body and go for a massage once a week, or to a SPA, or to a gym!

3.Go to a dancing class and learn how to dance an how to express your joy of being alive; or join a poetry club; or a painting group, anything that you makes you more creative and more open to your hart.

4.Do not feel guilty because you stay only with you! Slowly, slowly all your friend and family will get used with your program.

5.Try to sing when you work in the house! Live the thoughts away! Throw all your problems to the garbage bean! When you cook, think on the love that you will put on the food for your family, to increase the quality of this food.

6.When you wash yourself, feel that the water release the stress in your body; feel that all problems flows with the water and you become more beautiful and joyful.

7.Try to smile every day for yourself not for the others!

8.Try to find something nice and beautiful in your every day habits: like your morning cup on café, and try to drink it alone, slowly, enjoying every drop!

9.When you go to lunch, go alone, eat slowly, feeling the taste of every bait. And don not forget to leave your problems away.

10.And when you finish you day, before getting to sleep, picture your day, like a movie, remember every beautiful moment, breathe deeply and, again, smile for yourself!
